John Badagliacca

Mr. Badagliacca is a graduate of Fordham University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Following a one-year clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey with the Honorable Joseph J. Salerno, J.S.C., he joined the firm in 1987. He devotes the majority of his practice to the representation of defendants in employment law, professional liability and premises liability matters as well as representing insurance carriers on insurance coverage issues. Throughout his career, Mr. Badagliacca has represented his clients in all the various New Jersey State and Federal Courts, both at the trial and appellate court levels, and before State and Federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.
