We also handle complex machinery and equipment product manufacturing and business operations accidents specializing in catastrophic injuries.

We are often called upon by marine insurance underwriters to evaluate, prosecute and defend coverage issues relating to third party liability for marine terminal operators, steamship lines, intermodal equipment providers and container and chassis leasing companies. We have also assisted in the development of specialty programs and self insured or captive operations including the drafting and editing of appropriate primary and excess insurance policies. We work with the Intermodal Association of North American, the Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement, TLA, TIDA, CLM, FDCC and DRI in the transportation and trucking sections.
