Operational Risk Management

  • Operational risk management consulting and advisory services are offered to clients from the banking and financial services sector in order to assist them in meeting their Basel II requirements.  These services are also offered to non-financial services clients who wish to implement best practice operational risk management frameworks.
  • Operational risk management services are provided by Philippa Girling, head of the Banking and Financial Services Group at Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn, P.C..  Prior to joining the firm, Girling was global co-head of operational risk management at Nomura and program director of the corporate operational risk management program at Morgan Stanley.

We have put together a demonstration day at no cost to you. The demo day will take place immediately following the Practical Approach to Operational Risk course day and is free for those who attended that course. You may also bring additional members of your team to attend the demos at no cost. We have arranged for several leading Operational Risk Technology vendors to be available to meet with you to demo their solutions. They will provide private 50 minute demos, with a maximum of three companies attending each demo. The demos will take place in private rooms at the same location as the prior training day.
