Our maritime experience includes representation of London market insurers and their insureds relating to admiralty and maritime law, New Jersey and New York maritime operations and facilities, and regulations affecting the shipping industry, admiralty jurisdiction, maritime personal injury and death, collisions and allisions, liens and shipping mortgages, charter parties, the law of tugs and towage, limitation of liability, marine insurance, salvage, oil pollution and the Long Shore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
We remain active with legal and marine industry groups such as the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Admiralty Committees of the Defense Research Institute, the Transportation Committee of the Defense Research Institute, the ABA's Torts and Insurance Practice Section and the Association of Average Adjusters.
