Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn incorporates the latest developments in computer and communication technology applicable to the legal profession. We employ sophisticated technology and are experienced in applying that technology to continuously improve and update the quality of legal services, reduce the long-term cost of defense, and improve litigation results.

Our office has electronic mail and desktop fax/modem capability and routinely assists clients with paperless file activities. We will do what is necessary to give our attorneys access into your system. You will be able to send and receive electronic messages, schedule/conduct meetings and exchange documents instantaneously. We also maintain an onsite computer and technology expert to assist in smooth operations and data transmissions from the most sophisticated clients to the smallest individual clients.

Our case management and reporting system provides immediate access to information about the status of any case and an automatic means for providing quick, timely, low cost status reports, utilizing Case Master and other available software. Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn has experience in using case management and reporting systems developed by others, and in developing and implementing client specific systems—including claims department and third party administrators conversions. We also have expertise with a variety of claims management programs and international communication systems. We will work closely with you to create a system and relationship that will provide you with the information you need when you want it.

Our technical staff has been involved in a variety of law firm/client, law firm/carrier, carrier/carrier or TPA and/or outsourced claim operation computer transitions and will coordinate with you to achieve the best possible technological working relationship.

In addition to extensive internal electronic research materials, Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn has access to Westlaw and a variety of national and international research databases. We are members of a variety of associations including the Federation of Corporate Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel, FDCPA and Consumer Finance/Banking associations, various regional defense counsel associations, the Defense Research Institute, and the American Inns of Court.

Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn conscientiously manages the use of electronic research databases to obtain legal support at minimum cost. We pride ourselves on the ability to use technology to reduce client cost while increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal representation. We have been and remain committed to the sharing of non-confidential information and research with clients and underwriters within the confines of the attorney-client relationship and the Canons of Ethics.

Our lawyers understand the importance of complying with guidelines and have done so successfully and to the satisfaction of company and carrier auditors. Bills are reviewed for accuracy and substance prior to submission to the client by the attorney in charge of the file, as well as the office administrator.
