Our hourly rates within each of our specialties is competitive, particularly in light of the complexity of the issues and the expertise of the attorneys assigned.
We charge only agreed rates. There are no hidden costs.
We bill at the rate of the attorney who does the work and not a supervising attorney. We will bill for only one attorney working on a file at a time unless otherwise authorized by the client in advance. We estimate and budget the cost of our services on all assignments. Rather than assume authority, we specifically request it. This allows our clients to control costs.
As a result of our familiarity with and participation on a variety of defense counsel panels, we are familiar with and comply with the fee structure and billing arrangements of a variety of underwriters and corporate clients and will gladly comply with all such specialized arrangements.
