Graduated from Fordham University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Admitted to New Jersey Bar in 1981 and New York Bar in 1982. Judicial clerkship for the Honorable Donald W. deCordova, J.S.C. and the Honorable Anthony J. Sciuto, J.S.C. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. After two and one-half years with the firm of Farabaugh, Frieland, Giles & Smith he joined the firm in 1985, becoming a partner in 1989. Mr. Flinn is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney specializing in litigation of complex civil matters including corporate, contract, construction, professional malpractice, insurance and environmental litigation.

In addition to membership in the New Jersey, New York and American Bar Associations, he is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the New Jersey Defense Association, the American Association for Justice, and the New York State Trial Lawyer Association.
