Mr. McGrath served our country for 3 years in the Army JAG Corps at Ft. Leonard Wood Missouri where he tried a variety of criminal cases ranging up to premeditated murder, as well as handling administrative and personal matters for service members and their families. Since 1979 his practice has primarily been the defense of personal injury and property damage suits. He has tried cases arising out of construction defects, automobile accidents, fires, asbestos exposure, fall downs and insurance issues.
