Graduated from Assumption College in 1966 and from Rutgers University Law School in 1972. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the Federal District Court in 1972. One year judicial clerkship for Edward F. Johnson, J.S.C. 1972-73. Deputy Attorney General, State of New Jersey, Division of Criminal Justice for seven years specializing in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Graham has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on numerous occasions. Mr. Graham entered private practice and joined the firm in 1980, becoming a partner in 1986. He specializes in litigating products liability, toxic tort and general liability cases with substantial damages. Mr. Graham is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and Defense Research Institute.
