For over twenty five years my practice has been dedicated to the vigorous representation of business enterprises, corporations or professional associations, legal entities, underwriters/insurers, risk managers and TPAs, individuals, and all forms of professionals involved in U.S. litigation.
Through the years I have been privileged to have represented clients involved in banking and finance matters, boiler and machinery damage claims or litigation, corporate or commercial disputes or litigation, commercial auto and transportation defense, commercial multi-peril losses, multi-peril crop losses, casualty or general liability litigation defense, construction litigation (defense, indemnity and coverage), inland and ocean marine defense, premises or business operations litigation (including employment litigation and risk management exposures) defense, patent/trademark and various forms of intellectual property litigation, property/casualty defense, product design and/or manufacturing defect litigation defense (simple or complex products, commercial/consumer/industrial equipment, fire or fuel products or tanks/containers, clothing, furniture, and/or various recreational vehicles/vessels), environmental law related litigation (defense or coverage domestic or international vertical and horizontal coverages), pharmaceutical, medical professional liability and medical device litigation, trucking-transportation litigation, and maritime (blue and brown water) litigation.
In addition to the above, my practice has consistently included the defense of professionals involved in litigation including E & O and D & O claims, fiduciary and financial loss claims, malpractice claims, and HPL claims. I have defended and/or represented professionals such as accountants, allied healthcare professionals, financial or securities professionals, lenders and collectors, architects and engineers, GCs and sub-contractors, construction managers, counselors and psychologists, dental and medical professionals, hospice workers, nurses and nursing homes, EMTs, real estate professionals, real estate inspectors, specialty trades, insurance brokers and agents, social workers, and a variety of licensed and otherwise classified professionals.
With active licenses in California and New Jersey - and experience associating into litigation nationwide - I have been privileged to have handled state and federal litigation in many/most of the states in our country whether in the capacity of local, regional or national coordinating or trial counsel in single suit, mass litigation, national product challenges, class action litigation and/or multi-district litigation.
In recent years my practice has expanded to include retention as a professional mediator/facilitator or private Judge/Arbitrator in cases nationwide in the areas of practice listed below. If you are tired of excessive mediation charges by national or regional mediation groups and retired Judges and the often inexperienced or ineffective local mediators or court panel mediators please give me a call. No exposure is too large or too small.
